The extension is not extracting leads from Sales Navigator

Make sure you are logged into LinkedIn and that the Sales Navigator page has fully loaded before starting extraction. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page and starting again.

The workflow stops mid-execution

Wingmano pauses automatically if LinkedIn shows a challenge or CAPTCHA page. Solve the challenge manually, then resume the campaign from the dashboard.

My AI provider is not responding

Check that your API key is correct and has sufficient credits. You can update your key in the Settings tab. Make sure the selected model is available in your provider plan.

How do I change the daily connection limit?

Go to the Settings tab inside the extension and adjust the daily and weekly limits. We recommend keeping the daily limit at or below 20 to stay within safe usage patterns.

The approval queue is not showing messages

Messages appear in the approval queue only after the "Generate message" step of a workflow has run. Make sure your workflow includes an AI message generation step and that the campaign is active.

How do I delete my data?

All data is stored locally in your browser. You can delete individual leads and campaigns from within the extension UI, or remove all data by uninstalling the extension from Chrome.

Can I use Wingmano with a regular LinkedIn account (not Sales Navigator)?

Yes. Lead extraction also works from LinkedIn's standard people search. Sales Navigator provides richer filtering options, but it is not required.
